Preparatory groups:

Kids – children between 4 and 5 years
Especially created for 4-5 years old children, with a program including exercises proper to this age, designed in such a manner, through easy terms and specific music, to help children develop their taste in music, as well as their sense of space and discipline, so needed for a harmonious development and an elegante stance.

Freshmen – children between 5 and 6 years
The same program of exercises is kept for toning up the muscles, everything, of course, adapted to the age and the attention ability.

Youngsters advanced – children between 6 and 7 years
Children grow, thus the exercises become more complicated, combining floor routines with jumping, demi-pointe lifts, small pirouettes and pairs routines.

Seniors and seniors preparatory – children between 7 and 9 years
To the program of the previous course are added routines for toning up the body and the muscles for the study of classical dance. The children learn basics of the exercises performed at barre, with notions of en dehors and additional exercises for the stimulation of child's creativity.

Classical dance
Starting with the age of 9, the children begin learning classical dance following the Russian Vaganova method with exercises at the barre, for waist and with pointe shoes.

The routines with pointe shoes start at the age of 11, according to all European standards, due to the fact that for studying with pointe shoes the muscles as well as the spine have to be beforehand toned up through preparatory routines.
